Speaking frankly Wiley offered “I did spit on the tune, but the truth is that Lethal B[izzle] is weak for re-releasing it. I’m not trying to redo “Eskimo”. It makes grime look like it’s run out of ideas. “Pow 2011” [Lethal Bizzle originally released the track in 2004] is desperate play. I’m not saying I don’t pull desperate play moves – I might yet – but they don’t help. Whether “Pow 2011” charted or not, that should’ve been a new Lethal B song.”
When asked about a possible full return to traditional Grime, Wiley didn’t hold back “See, I would, but I don’t wanna be the one who does a grime song, pays the plugger £2,500, sends it to Radio 1 and gets told to eff off. I dunno how many times I could do that.”

50 used to battle the streets, but now it seems like he’s battling depression. 50 isn’t the first, nor will he be the last rapper to have a premonition about his impending death, but it’s always sad to hear someone talk about dying.

Hailing from the rough streets of south London, this music collective never Shy away from revealing the truth and what they regard as ‘Real Music’.
TheShyProject formed in late 2010 by long time friends Mikey ‘Shy’ Kwakwa and George ‘Tyrel G’ Busumbru, this team is definitely the ones to watch for the future. The group name being based on their humble personalities, they thrive on people judging their talent by their image before they have actually listened to them. Inspired by the words ‘ Do not judge a book by its cover’.
Whilst analyzing the UK ‘Urban’ scene and its contribution to the music industry they realized that something was either seriously wrong or missing. Rappers rapping (or even lying) about the lifestyles they live whilst singers are using the same old vocoder voice sex noises that do nothing for the brain or the artform. Artists who have grown and been supported by the underground scene have turned their backs on ‘what is real’ and compromised their style of music.
It was from then on that the collective vowed to make MUSIC that reflects their life and surroundings not compromising for any organization or establishment. Writing, producing and developing their own material TheShyProject have been working tirelessly in and out of the studio trying to build a masterpiece as well as the right image in which they feel best represents positive urban culture.
Having had experience and minor success with their previous groups being played on MTV base, BBC 1Xtra and Choice FM the two leaders of this project are confident that they can not only make an impact on the UK but the world. All they need are your eyes and ears.
This unique group has brought the uk industry a new sound of music, with a mix of indie and hiphop they are set to cause a storm in 2012 please let us know your thoughts on what you think???
